A pavilion that invites reflection on the relationship between humanity and nature.
The project is materialized through a rented scaffolding system, whose pyramidal structure gives shape to a textile skin made of recycled plastic. Inside, a thin film of water covers the floor, inviting the contemplation of light and space.
The siting traces a historical urban canal, establishing a dialogue with Diego Rivera’s mural, 'Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in the Alameda Central.'
Through a playful and sensory experience, the role of water is reinterpreted as an essential resource inherent to human existence. The atmosphere creates a resonance with the ancient god Tlaloc and pre-Columbian architecture.
